Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
At TrendVault your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
To start a return simply email us at support@trendvault.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us immediately at support@trendvault.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons beauty tools and personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
